Normally an out of state warrant wouldn't be something to worry about too much, but considering he just got picked up a couple days ago it might not be a bad idea to resolve it. Not sure whether New Orleans would come pick him up, but it seems like Rutland doesn't mind holding him until they make up their mind. They don't even have to go to his house, he's going to be going to court at some point in the next month or two, or just wait til his case resolves. I've seen states do that, they go thru their charges, you finish your sentence, and if the other state comes to pick you up they just hand you off to them.

Tldr You tell em where they can stick that warrant Tarl, you got this, Stolas protects.
