I hate being put in the position where I have to defend Tencent or Sony but I probably would have cut Nagoshi loose too.

The gameplay reveal trailers for Gang Of Dragon were like unacceptable levels of bad.

Everything from shooting to traversal to hand to hand combat to facial animations was like PS2 tier.

For almost the entire trailer the MC's arms and weapon were clipping through his body. Granted he was fat but still if I seeded 60 mill in investment and saw that shit I'd be upset and be asking some harsh questions too.

I really liked the teaser. It's just sad.
I never though about Nagoshi being the one. Was NetEase all along.
 
Personally i think Liam can be a good wolverine, but the writing on this game killed wolverine. Which is made worse because i liked him as Spartacus, so he can bring that energy into Wolverine.

Is this the future of marvel games, where they neuter heroes down to emotional faggots and make them look worse? Man what happened to superhero games. It was simple back then, you played as [Insert Hero] they behave "mostly" as their comic counterparts, women were actually pretty and the plot while being the generic superhero story it had enough to keep you playing.


That aside something that a buddy and i were discussing is that there is a chance that if an X-men game would come out, it would probably be a live service one, which sounds like Avengers but with extra steps.

Why does it matter to him that a script kiddie shitting out code through AI did this? Would he be less butthurt if some fellow intellectual researcher methodically figured out the exploit and sold it to Sony without LLM assistance? Or after a reread it turns out the person that told him about the exploit, not the AI guy, turned it over for a bounty when he saw someone else figuring it out with the help of AI? Then it's literal faggot shit, lol.

Female writers. The games industry keeps trying to find work women can do since they can't code, so they figured they can at least write stories. Turns out they suck shit at that, too, and their only idea is to write stories about fat women and gay men talking about feelings.

Ego and refusal to keep up with the times. Cybersec has to take into account LLMs possibly finding holes, and anyone in that field who refuses to deal/acknowledge those are thoroughly fucked.

He can't picture being on the other side and somehow expects it to be some gentlemen's agreement where everyone's nice to each other, which yeah no, the vast majority of people in that scene are doing it for ego/money, not altruism or sport. If anything, I'd say he gimped himself on purpose.
