Report brigading probably only works if you're on their shit-list for wrong think with no actual rule breaking though. I saw it happen to a lot of people. Probably some of which have posted in this thread and I'm just not 99% sure if they are the people I'm thinking of from the thread where people tried to talk about how Trump wasn't that bad / still not indicted for anything.
 
Is this like Reddit where mods can't see who's actually reporting or does it say who sent it? Cause I'd add they'll probably prioritize reports from their anti shit-list of protected members.

Pretty sure they know who's reporting stuff and it's pretty much what you think. Failing that they PM the mods.
 
Reporting a post, instead of functioning in any kind of sensible fashion, creates a new topic in a hidden report forum that quotes the reported post and shows who reported it and what their reason was.
 
FAU and Videogames likes to whinge about certain people making reports at least. When Videogames moderated the Warcraft sub-forum he also favoured a cluster of regulars and went by quantity of complaints rather than specific issues - he later gave modship to another goon based on the amount of her Discord friends that made recommendations.
