There's a poster in GBS that literally thinks all the Trump avatar posters are a 4chan psyop to troll Hilary supporters by buying SA accounts with new/old regdates using bitcoins.
I just love how there's always some conspiracy goon that believes SA is relevant enough to be worth paying to join or buy avs/titles for people or decide that's the first place the bad guys are gonna come to spread influence or something. Instead of something free and popular like reddit.
Some of my favorite bizarre goons to laugh at would have to be the anti-car spergs who tend to show up when cars and driving are mentioned anywhere outside of AI. They'll pop up and insist that driving is something that absolutely nobody enjoys, nobody should be allowed to own anything that is more powerful or sporty than a prius. How there's absolutely no excuse to own anything other than a plug-in electric car. How ownership of a pickup truck should be strictly limited to corporate/government groups, etc.
I remember the first time I saw one of them come into a thread and freak out. (Pretty sure it was Kozmonaut, but there's more that one of them), he came into a totally unrelated discussion to screech about how cars and the ownership of them needs to be absolutely forbidden in the US, because we have trains and public buses. Someone mentioned that not everyone lives in a metropolitan area, and that that just isn't feasible.
The reply was basically that "Cities are the future, you have no excuse to live anywhere else. I don't care if you're a farmer, factory worker, etc. Sorry, move your ass into an urban apartment right the fuck now and walk or ride the bus to an office or you deserve to starve to death you stupid republican fuck!"
I can't even remember what the original discussion was about, but it's just so weird to have one of these guys pop in and wish death on you because you offhandedly mention driving to work that morning or helping a friend move or something. That wasn't the only time I saw those guys attack people either.
