All faked hate crimes are actually real, but in reverse. In this case, the troon wants to make all the cis (I dislike using the term, but I can't use normal, they're still SA posters) people on the forum look bad - look at the transphobic culture of the forums, this is what happens when you don't listen to trans people, make more troon mods, etc. Beyond the personal benefits, it's an attempt to promote the narrative that anyone from an entire group of people - in this case retarded forum posters - is secretly both willing and able to directly attack the marginalised group. It promotes idpol reasoning, attempts to spread paranoia and recriminations, and is designed to put the majority group on the defensive, both in general and about 'bad actors in the community'.

It's also hilarious when yet another 'hate crime' is revealed to be a false flag, because everyone but the most committed cultists take one step closer to rejecting the 'victimhood = power' narrative. Unfortunately for SA, they're a great place to pull something like this because they drive off as many non-committed cultists as possible.

If anyone deserves to be perma'd, it's this guy, because fundamentally he was attempting to destabilise the forums for personal gain. The Koala's March comparison is apt. Somehow I doubt it will happen, though - let's see what the troon defence looks like and how pozzed Jeff is.
