I guess so, I just don't know if I can bring myself to get one. A little pink fridge to match ALRs.Is that why people have been buying those beauty fridges?!

Lol, don't put it in the fridge. It has preservatives. Just keep it in a dark place, as retinol do break down in light. And I would argue it's bad to store it in a humid climate like the fridge.Does anyone know if it's that important to refrigerate this retinol? Does it just lose potency if you don't, or is it decomposing in to some chemical I don't want on my face? How quickly does it break down without refrigeration?
Only benefit from that, is having something cool slapped on to your skin when it's hot outside. Did recently see that Hamberlynn got a mini fridge to keep beside her bed. For drinks though. Is that why people have been buying those beauty fridges?!
Glycolic acid toner from Revox or whatever brand you can get. Just a big bottle of glycolic acid and smear it on the affected area..Anyone have a good, hopefully cheap, recommendation for something that can help clear up KP? I’ve been using normal body lotion but it doesn’t really make a difference. I don’t trust google because trying to google anything health related is a minefield of BS.

I had to google this, as I've had no clue what it was. But in short, yes.He thinks he's putting "ATP" onto his skin and it's actually doing something?

Why the fuck does a post where someone is happy about their progress turn you into a raging autismo?I'm pretty certain you're a troll @Ifollowrivers, or you're just a retarded shitskin Indian. Which might explain one thing or two.
First of all: Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing (topical) works in just one measly month.
Second: Its quite ironic to say your "friend" is a shitskin, when you’re one as well. INDIANS AREN'T WHITE.
Hydroquinone works 100% after 4 weeks. You are welcome.I'm pretty certain you're a troll @Ifollowrivers, or you're just a retarded shitskin Indian. Which might explain one thing or two.

Because this isn't a place for placebo and misinformation. Go on, be happy. Just don't shit up the thread. Especially if you're non-white.Why the fuck does a post where someone is happy about their progress turn you into a raging autismo?
I mainly pointed to the tretinoin, as I need to admit that I never have had any need for hydroquinone. Oh, what a sin.Hydroquinone can have effects in a month, fyi.
For some reason the UI isn't letting me quote your post before this one, so I'll give my 2c here:Hydroquinone works 100% after 4 weeks. You are welcome.

And for your information, people lie all the time on the internet.

Thanks for your advice. I will decide when I finish my hydroquinone cycle. If you start my only advice would be to not be disappointed if you don't see results after 1-3 weeks. Just waitnm for 4 weeks to pass first to see if it's working for you or not.For some reason the UI isn't letting me quote your post before this one, so I'll give my 2c here:
First, congrats on your results! I'm hoping to start on hydroquinone soon myself so I'm encouraged to hear your outcome.
Regarding your routine post-hydro, I'd personally consider alternating your exfoliating cream in the AM with an an antioxidant like vitamin C. I regularly hear advice from derms that most people exfoliate more than they need to, and it really doesn't need to be done more than 2-3 times per week at most. An antioxidant is a great AM routine addition because in addition to evening and brightening skin tone, (and potentially building collagen depending on formulation,) it can help absorb free radicals from UV radiation, giving you a little extra sun protection.
You are a sperging faggot that doesn't even know one of the most famous copypastas. Kys.I don't follow your ramblings @Ifollowrivers, at all. Not surprised at all though, but it's quite funny that me pointing out you're a retarded shitskin did develop into you PROVING you're fully retarded.
You're a complete fag for white knigthing this shitskin @Yaoi Zowie. This is why I never will be sad when you fags get killed by our melanated "friends". It already do happen, and it will continue to happen. Completely without the help from us racially conscious people.

I did buy a stack of collagen supplement a month or so ago. Haven't seen any changes in skin, hard to get any changes when the skin already is good. Did have an aching knee from working out, and the pain is mostly gone.
