What the fuck did they do to Casca?! Casca is strong, beautiful and womanly. And Guts, he's supposed to be rather muscle bound. Man, I'm convinced these people hate beauty, manliness (that is on a guy) and femininity (that is on a woman).

And have you seen the more "light-hearted" stuff they've approved? Honestly, Final Fantasy X-2 has some of the worst color schemes I've ever seen (and overall bad designs). Sorry for the ranting, but I need to let off some steam.

Looking at what you linked with X-2, one would of asked how their design has anything to do with alchemist. As for Casca, they just wanted to "Tumblrize" her, even if it meant making her look like she is trans or something like that.

Most of this shit is drawn by girls who either grew up ugly, or as outcasts in some other way. That's why it's fuckin' scientifically proven that ugly women are more likely to become feminist (which cracks me right the fuck up). People who have lost a game in life often then try to rewrite the rules so that they win. These women whining about standards of beauty and trying to promote homely/ugly bitches as the new beautiful are no different than the guys that look like victims of inflation porn with patchy beards and an inability to shut their upper lip talking about how all women are whores or only like jerks and that's why they're alone.

Hate, why? It's not like Dobson's characters or artstyle is pleasant to look at. Anything that tumblr does to it will probably be an improvement. I'll pay to see them do it. (Although it's not like they'll touch it with a 10-foot pole anyway)

They're also generally ugly women who can't come to terms with the fact that most people aren't going to find them attractive. There are people like that who know that there's someone out there who finds them to be beautiful, and are fine with the way they are.

There's something to be said about how shallow this all is, in the end, but I don't know how I could say it.

All things considered on disgraces to Gutts, I thought the worst I found was a ponified Berserk image that I posted a couple years back on one of the brony threads. It kinda pales in comparison to the tumblr image in a few ways. Aside from the face of Gutts looking like some western attempt at a gay anime character, there is also the attempt at how Casca is drawn. At least the horse crap actually had a pissed off Gutts in Berserker armor. The image posted here however doesn't look much like Gutts with that face.

With some people, there's not much they can do outside of plastic surgery. There's also plenty to be said about inner beauty and different kinds of beauty as well. In a way, I feel kind of sorry for them. (I'm surprised that pretty privilege hasn't been thrown around yet.)
