This is a legitimate GFM by me. But I wrote in a way to discourage people from taking it too seriously and from giving me money. I am shy like that. But it is all true: there is a girl named Books that I like, and I would love to meet her and she would love to meet me.

This is quite possibly Shame's most despicable ploy ever. How dare he stand in the way of potential true love? This is a GFM for me and not for thee situation. Fuck off Shame.
 
A scam implies using the fund for a different purpose than claimed. If you wanna fund some trip to see a girl abroad or a potato salad then more power to you as long as the funds donated go to what is advertised. Otherwise its a scam.

Charity scam from KV? I assume they talk about that sisterhood of black girl or whatever whose foundation was found to be a scam. Marzgurl various GFM from cat food to trip to japan, which is pathetic ebegging but if some dumbass is going to give money for it then shes free to suck those losers dry. Doucette's funding of a cpap machine is just hilarious. Its fine if it goes toward ana ctual cpap machine (not a scam). Leaving it open for more cash (maybe a more expansive better quality machine) is fine as well but does seem sketchy when you hit your goalpost and keep it open racking in thousands of pity bucks. Most people are just laughing at doucette for having to ebeg cuz hes too fucking poor to care for himself. Bonus point that hes too fat to breath properly and is body is trying to kill him in his sleep.

Yeah, everyone instantly knew that was bad optics, and Ty apologized for it in the very next stream. But Shane leaves out that:

  1. Doucette isn't part of the defense or a witness, just some rando on Twitter (like Shane)
  2. Doucette had provoked Ty by calling him incompetent in his professional capacity
  3. KF said NO in response to Ty. We had already been pulling up Doucette's info before the stream, for the same reason we pulled Shane's: to document and discuss stupid people.
Considering doxing isn't illegal and mocking on Twitter/KF isn't harassment, there's zero reason that Ty's outburst can be considered a threat to safety.

Why do you think we call these things scams from MarzGurl, Shane?

Maybe because those things never come to fruition? Like the lawsuit that was supposed to happen that never happened that she raised $4,000 for?

Or her pet dying despite raising some money to give it healthcare? That type of stuff, chair rapist?

4. Douchette is a giant twitter sperg and monumental failure at life and was definitely going to get his shit exposed when he showed up on our radar regardless of Ty's feelings on the matter. Sorta the way Herr Roser got his thread.
 
I suspect that much of Shanes problem is the typical 'cannot change worldview or re-evaluate stuff when new information comes out'.

So far he is SO invested in this case that he simply ignores stuff until it gets decided in court.

He does sometimes admit to being wrong more than right on this, however he doesn't go back and re-evaluate the positions he currently has, this reveals a 'I'm right on this and you'll see attitude' as one of his underpinnings.

This is not a uncommon 'disorder' to be suffering from, many people suffer from this, however most people after being repeatedly (at least 10-20 times) to be wrong, will go over everything associated with the points and examine what they currently believe... Not Shane however, he often doubles and triples down on bad information, no matter how many people point it out. This leads to radically wrong positions and saying stuff like "See? I was right confidentiality was defeated by the super-lawyer... (fast forward a month).. oh confidentiality is needed why is Vic fighting against something he proposed, super-lawyer is just trying to protect victims." He'll nitpick on simple stuff, focus on minutia and miss the point.

I don't see this changing anytime soon. He's fame-whoring for likes on twitter.

I think all that matters is that it works (for some really loose definition of works) for Shane getting likes/twitter ass pats.

The only times Jews have been brought up, with only the most tangential of relations to this case, is when people make fun of the size of Nick's nose and jokingly question his heritage on his mother's side of the family. I fail to see how that shows any hatred for Hebrews.

Don't be so pedestrian, Shane. Being wrong all the time is bad enough- don't be wrong and use stale insults, too.
 
Sometimes, I hopefully look at the Twitter username to see if its actually the Homelessberg account. Usually, it's the more inferior original.

IIRC, some of the KV main players occasionally like his tweets. I think some of them still think he's a law/con expert.
