The TDMA letters.

Of note, Shane, to my knowledge, has never actually posted the TDMA letters in their entirety. He's posted snippets, and selected pages, but never the entire thing.

This is where I'd normally accuse him of cherry-picking, but that is
1: Nothing new for Shane, and
2: Irrelevant to this situation.

We already know the contents of the TDMA letters. We've been on the front lines, documenting everything for posterity's sake ever since this entire debacle started. We don't need to see them on BHBH letterhead, we saw them live at time of posting.

Nick and Ty also don't need to go over them for the same damn reason. We already know. Hell, we (as the plebs of ISWV) were probably the first to know.

The real reason why they didn't go over the TDMA letters is because once the plaintiff publishes the defamatory statements they are no longer considered defamatory. So thanks @Shane_Yes_That_One for completely eradicating one of each defendants affirmative defenses, "the statements can't be considered defamatory because they were published by the plaintiff"
 
Has shane forgotten that the real lawsuit is in filings and court, not on youtube or twitter? even if the twitter lawyers were right about everything and nick was wrong about everything, that doesn't matter because none of them are in the lawsuit and it's ultimately up to the judge to decide how things are gonna move forward.

I'd say that Shane has figured out that things are not looking good for his pals in the actual court of law, and as such the only "win" that they'll be able to scrape by with will be on social media in the court of public opinion.

But that would be giving Shane credit that he has the same ability to logic out problems that a third grader does. I wouldn't bet the barn, let alone my sandals, that Shoepacabra can think that far ahead.

For him to have forgotten that he'd first have to have learned it, and he clearly never has. KV reminds me of Oberlin college so much in that they both live in this ideological bubble where they've pushed out all contrarian thought that they think the rest of the world actually works the way they think it does/should. Remember how Oberlin sent out that email blaming the jurors instead of accepting that they were in the wrong?
Honestly it's going to be almost painfully funny when this shit hits a real world jury, I'm actually thinking of flying back to Texas for a few days to take it in live and in colour tbh.

iirc several months ago Shane said that he personally worked for cons that received reports about vic and other abusers and didn't do a thing. This guy is now rightfully asking what exact con and which person ran this. Shane being the stupid fuckwit he is is playing some Matrix and dodging every question thrown at him

Wich always raises the question, if these reports really do exist why wasn't a police report filed?
It's also always the same MO by Shane, rumors, hearsay and vague stories about reports and if someone asks for concrete dates and cons, there just is the usual non answer by Shane.
Even the most exceptional individual on this planet would assume by now that Shane hasn't anything, let's be honest, if these reports would exist Shane would already have them publicised on Twatter and handed them over to Casey "Superlolyer" Erick, let alone for the fact that it would give him the attention he is so desperately seeking.

So @Shane_Yes_That_One, either post those or shut up, and get this over with. We are already getting tired of your predictable idiocy, even if your bullshit gives us some laughs. Even clowns cannot clown themselves forever.
 
Shane has lost what little sanity he had left, I think last week broke him so badly that he's just going full NPC sperg on twitter. Expect "Broly man bad" tweets within the week.
