1st amendment lawyers who seem to think it’s a strong argument to be able to say you’re a child rapist and not have consequences, BUT there should be consequences if you essentially thank kiwi farms for VOLUNTARILY archiving tweets and records.

Using the word DOZENS when you basically have 3 or 4 idiot Lolyers mouthing off about misinformation you gave them, Shane, is almost as stupid as your buddy Mr/Ms Ronald Soye saying he has HUNDREDS of victims lined up and then can’t even come up with a list of even one witness during discovery.

Because they know fuck all about the case from both sides of the matter, and even worse, they don't know the laws of the area the case is in.

to throw out an analogy, just because you're handy under the hood of a car doesn't mean you know how to fix everything with an engine in it.

And now we have couple hot shot super Twitter lawyers (they at least know where you can find law books), and Shane tweets going more and more re.tarded.

He never had the narrative on the facts and was always flinging inane crap like that around, but it just gets buried under all of the other shit. If he seems more desperate it's because he's like a stupid animal caught in a snare that struggles and thrashes about which only tightens it and makes it worse.
