No Shane you posted a picture tonight of Doc's that they truthfully claimed they never sent You. Those were the Demand Letters sent to RON. We know those are Ron's demand letters. We know what was in them. We know what they more or less look like and contain, even if we haven't seen the actual printed documents yet. They are nothing shocking or surprising. Ty Beard doesn't care if you have them. he sent them to Ron. He doesn't give two shits about you. You are a nobody and an IDIOT! As far as Ty is concerned Ron can give you anything he wants. Now Casey Erick is likely to be throwing a shit fit right about now. He probably gives a shit regarding what his unhinged moron of a client is handing out to complete IDIOTS. But Ty or Nick? They could care less. There was nothing particularly Private or Privileged regarding those letters. Because they regard public defamatory statements your idiot friend made. Actually I lie, there is one reason why Ty Beard refrained from showing anyone but Ron those letters. A weird quirk of Texas Law. The Plaintiff's Lawyer cannot actually publicly publish the defamatory statements claims prior to filing the lawsuit otherwise it risks them not being considered defamation. But Ron handing those over to you, and you publishing them rather nicely eliminates that as an avenue of defense. Well Done you Shoe eating SHITBAG!
 
Also, Shane, here's the other thing: You seem to have a real problem when it comes to realizing what information is actually important. Even when you're factually accurate, you seem to make some wildly off-base assumption regarding the motivations of the sender. You also seem unaware of what we actually already know, and or have not already inferred from other statements that've been made. You keep dropping bits of info like they're some gigantic bombshell when it's something we've already seen and analysed, or have anticipated and only needed further confirmation on our suspicions. You also catch people on the slimmest of technicalities, and try to blow them up into gigantic, credibility destroying fact monsters.

Remember: We have our sources too. And we are always watching and laughing.
