It's Ron's Letter from BHBH demanding Retraction. Wow! Is Shane a fucking IDIOT! Shane, your communications are going to get sucked up into discovery. See there are a world of differences between what Nick is doing with regard to Vic through Ty, and what you are doing directly with the defendant. Nick knows what he is doing. You don't. Nick knows how to keep him fully outside the legal matters. he is by definition a Professional Expert at such. You are a Moron. The only thing saving you and your family from serious unpleasant scrutiny, which you are trying so hard to achieve, is Ty Beard only knows you as that "complete idiot that went on Nicks show". I am paraphrasing that, but that was pretty much his description of you on livestream an hour or two ago.

Moving the goal posts so far they're in another timzone now, at this point I think you've done more damage to yourself and Ron's reputations than anything Nick could've hoped for.

Yeah so once again. I made a post, with content that both Nick and Ty would recognize. They both knew what I was talking about. They couldn't say anything cause they don't want anyone to know, but they knew that I knew.

Once again THEY NEVER SENT ANYTHING TO YOU. Ty and Nick have said several times there are two letters that get sent out when you want to do a defamation lawsuit. Why would they not talk about it when they have already talked about it several times already. Not our fault you don't know this and almost everyone else does now.

Those would be the attachments. There would be an overall Demand Letter that referenced each defamation. This is Ron's demand Letter that Shane is waving about. We know it from the "100 victims" claim.
