I cannot express the level of disgust @Shane_Yes_That_One brings with him.

Frankly, it's getting to the point where even if all the accusations of vic are true, I wouldn't care because you're far more disgusting by proxy.

For the love of God, you are so desperate to save face that you bounce back and forth between poistions and even personality based on your shortsighted view of what will give you the most “dunks” and brownie points.

The facts of the case remain:
1) Individuals making repeated, unsourced claims of heinous criminal activity. Serious claims, and in no small volume.
2) Targeting these claims in a way that produced demonstrable harm to reputation and finances.

Trying to play it off as something Vic should just ignore and not take seriously is probably your most misleading and disingenuous claim yet, and that is saying something.
 
I bet if you took a few minutes off Twitter and diabolical planning of how to one up Nick, you would have lots of time to clean your apartment. We all know you live in a ghetto shithole but that doesn't mean you can't clean your own space. How does someone have garbage on top of and around their garbage can and all over their kitchen counter? Your wife/not wife yet is still a child that you wrenched from her home when still too immature to run a household but you at your age should be teaching her things like how not to live in a dumpster, good god man! Secondly....ummm is it just me or does anyone else find Shane's child-bride to NOT be sexy or have people ogle her when she's out? She's not ugly, but sexy is definitely not the proper adjective. She looks like the little girl next door. I guess that's what Shane finds sexy though geesh. Can we start a pool on how long after Becky finishes nursing school that she dumps Shane's ghetto ass for a handsome young doctor?

I remember that along with ron's tweets that had to provide exactly why the tweet in question is defaming. I notice no beginning or end shown. I would believe that this is a snippet of the massive whack of paper that was ron's takedown notice.

him being unable to respond to our mockery but knowing full well we are. and knowing exactly everything we're saying but being physically unable to say a single thing about it to anyone.

I got this all from discord so I really don't know much on twitter. But if you look at shanes thread here I think it covers everything regarding the doc.

I'm assuming Ron let him take pics of it, or emailed it all to him. @AnCapFool summarized it pretty well in the Shane thread. Basically, the document is a notice under the Texas Defamation Mitigation Act which is intended to let the person who is doing the defaming know, you got lawyers on your ass. It is not a C&D from my understanding. Based on the pics, it seems to be pretty lengthy, so this shows that our archiving has been a factor in BHBH being able to catalog the spergery.

Also means if you don't comply with the request as Soye did not, it makes you applicable for exemplary damages. Which in itself is beautiful.
