He is trying to say it was always about interference with contracts, and not other TI like Nick had said on stream. Shane is stupid though in that he is ignoring the other causes of action Ty listed in the filing. It's not all about contracts. Once again Shane is just stupid.

Yup I know, for some reason Shane doesn't think the TI with perspective business isn't a thing anymore, at least that is what I'm reading from the texts he posted. He is so dumb it hurts.

Shane is the dumbest moron alive. Tortious interference with prospective business relations is for all the circumstances where there was not a written contract but probably would have been, so would include all the cons where anything like a blacklist is being used, as well as future Funimation contracts. Tortious interference with a specific contract will apply to Kamehacon as well as any other cons where there was an existing contract.

I work with criminals. It always pops into my mind when talking to certain dipshits that there are rapists & murderers I've met that I would rather be talking to.
