I'd like for him to be called as a witness and be forced to say who told him the Sony investigation was fake or meaningless, that might add credit to the claims that Funimation did their own separate investigation after Sony didn't find cause to fire Vic.

Not sure where I saw that claim thrown around on the farms, but I'm at least 0% sure I saw it.

There are at least three "investigations" that have been discussed. One by Sony, which we know was done by Tammi Denbow, another investigation by Funimation itself, which I know much less about, and one unrelated investigation by Rooster Teeth, which to the best of my knowledge is even sillier than Sony's.

Generally, though, people mean Sony's investigation when they refer to "the investigation."

Shit, I forgot about Rooster Teeth's involvement in this, they've kept themselves out of the spotlight pretty well.
 
I'd thought that Sony and Funimation's investigations were one and the same, given that Funimation had (and I think still has) no functioning HR department with which to conduct such an investigation.

The Sony investigation was much earlier and inconclusive. Later on when kickvic took off Funimation convened their own little kangaroo court with available staff and apparently so did Rooster Teeth.

The only story we haven't heard from "THE INVESTIGATION" is the fucking twins which Nick isn't revealing since they've allegedly been quieter than churchmice evading a cat that accidentally ingested meth. And Nick indicates that it is even less legally relevant than the fucking Jellybean story. Which he gets the benefit of the doubt on because he's so far not been a credibility black hole, unlike the shoe whisperer over here.

So who are they, and what are their stories? It can't be that secret if you keep referencing it every other fucking tweet.

The investigation undertaken by Sony happened in the days just before Vic was fired. While people refer to it as the Funi investigation, it was conducted by Sony staff.

No-one has produced any evidence of an earlier, inconclusive Sony investigation and it's not mentioned in Vic's complaint.
