I don't think you can be a "high profile" lawyer when you're located in a tiny town in Bumfuck, Minnesota. Most of your work is going to be boring, mundane shit. Nor has Nick given up practising.

Is Shane even aware that a massive amount of lawyers don't actually practise but use their law degrees in other ways? One reason established lawyers tell people not to go into law is because there's a huge oversupply of people with law degrees and unless you're OK with just doing low paying bread and butter work, the sacrifices required to become a highly paid "status" lawyer mean you pretty much won't have a life outside of work.

Would that mean that Shane also participated in the harassment by giving out Kamehacons PayPal email for people to donate? I mean, it doesn't matter what was actually said or done, just that Nick "lead a hate mob." Right Shane?

I’m sure the story of why Shane no longer works for A-Kon and they apparently revile him would be fascinating to hear? Do remember unlike Vic, Shane was a paid manager of the cons. Vic was simply a guest conducting his own business. Shane was pretty clearly using his place of employment and customers as a “consensual” meat market. Gee I wonder if “Age of Consent” factored into Shane’s creepy conquests? We’ve already heard from a member here of Shane creeping on her 13 or 14 year old daughter. Once again Shane was the paid management employee of the events. He had the obligation (Legal, moral, ethical) to not seek “consenting partners” from among the attendees, guests, vendors etc and to absolutely behave in a professional manner.

Does anybody doubt that there are some #metoo tales to be told regarding Shane? Ask yourselves how often do you feel the need to publicly proclaim that all your sexual partners have been consensual, unprompted? Methinks the moron doth protest too much.
