Not every conspirator has to know all of the steps for this to by civil conspiracy. Conspiracy is a derivative tort and liability is dependent upon participation in an underlying tort by at least one defendant.

I imagine there will be several such.

Unless it was intentional misinformation I don't think Shane and Ron have coordinated until very recently - there was a tweet (which I think has been deleted) sometime after the lawsuit was filed where Shane basically asked Ron to notice him; saying that he'd been defending him and Monica.

I think that was the start of anything Ron has done with Shane.

BUT I imagine there was some significant coordination back in January/February in different places between different people.

Shane thinks being a good person is doing a big public act that'll look impressive on social media because of course he does. He's too selfish to understand that Vic cares enough about his fans to not disappoint them by giving away the money they raised in good faith to be used in the lawsuit.

You've a serious credibility problem here Shane. You've not actually demonstrated that you know anything, and in fact, have misrepresented others' points and changed your story on numerous occasions. And you seem incapable of not twisting anyone else's words when spoken. You only answer the questions you want to answer, and not the ones actually asked of you.

Even if Shane does know stuff which Nick doesn't, so what? If it's something which comes out in discovery, then Shane will claim to have already known it whether he did or not.

I don't even know why Shane is trying to boost his own credibility. He's not going to be a witness and he's not a commentator. What he does or doesn't know is utterly irrelevant to this lawsuit.
 
Shane hasn't been right about pretty much anything so far so I guess he's decided to try the scattershot approach and hope he gets lucky and hits something.
