even though its a jury trial it could probably still happen.I bet when this is all said and done and they lose this lawsuit because let's face it, they never had a goddamn chance, they are gonna try to make a petition to oust the judge assigned to the lawsuit because he supports rape culture or some dumb bullshit like that.

Methheads and brain-damaged people can understand the law better than Shane.
How embarrassing must it be to be dumber than Chris-Chan?Competent lawyers lead with their strongest arguments. And competent lawyers don't completely fail even to mention their strongest arguments.
The opening papers are what define the rest of the case. There isn't a "we're saving a secret argument for later." If you don't bring it up in your opening, you don't get to use it. Real life isn't a Phoenix Wright game.
Chris-Chan has vastly more practical and actual knowledge of how the courts work than Shane. That's not even an exaggeration or hyperbole. He actually literally does and has enjoyed more success in his legal defenses than MoRon and crazy Jamie will.
But Nick said last night that Shane was claiming Ty sent him a C&D on behalf of Nick. Nothing to do with Ron at all.No, I figured it out half an hour ago. Shane said in a replay to Nick's intern that the C&D requested that ron delete tweets and simultaneously not delete tweets. I speculated that he was referring to a notice to preserve evidence, which he confirmed was sent along with something else which he called a C&D. Since the notice to preserve was sent, it doesn't make sense to send a C&D because half of the claims are past damage, and you're already in the process of suing the guy. The "C&D" was a request to retract statements, which gives Ron and co. the opportunity to mitigate damages by retracting defamatory statements, which puts you in a good light with the court. As soon as I mentioned this, I got the silent tweetment from Shane, which is what he does whenever you hit the nail on the head. Shane's interpretation of the law is weaker than a student's in a mock trial class.
There is no scenario where they don't come out on top.
Settle the lawsuit? Vic was going to lose.
Issue a retraction? Vic bullied them into it with his GoFundMe money.
Lose the lawsuit? The justice system is broken.

Whataboutism, a sure sign that a person's argument has failed.
Shane later mentions it was not him who received it in another tweet. So its Shane.....But Nick said last night that Shane was claiming Ty sent him a C&D on behalf of Nick. Nothing to do with Ron at all.

B-b-but he did didn't he? Pretty sure the rest of the evidence needed to strengthen the case Ty doesn't have access to, which is why he asked for their emails and stuff for discovery.View attachment 769507

not if he settles Shattering-style and requires a public apology/admission of guilt from the settling parties.
He's desperate to try to get one up on Nick, and failing every time he tries. It's always funny to me that Shane picked up "how embarrassing" after the shitshow on Nicks stream. Almost like he's trying to turn it around on him but it's incredibly obvious and won't work.

I think frivolous is going to become his new buzzword, along with embarrassing.@Shane_Yes_That_One I'm pretty sure you don't know the legal definition of "frivolous" - even if Vic is proven wrong in court, that doesn't make it frivolous.
