Severe Weather outbreaks

This could be the moment we might see the first EF-5 Tornado of the decade. The forecast seems pretty promising for these kinds of tornadoes. If not even a massive outbreak.
The Norman OK sounding data from an hour ago indicated a MU-CAPE (a measure of atmospheric instability) of 3540 J/kg. You can’t predict an EF5, especially not using CAPE, but anything over 3,500 means it’s in the cards.

Low-level jet is ramping up quickly across Oklahoma. Storms are firing further south than forecasted/expected which is very concerning and puts the OKC metro in danger.
Supercells are now quickly increasing their rotation and can drop strong tornadoes at any moment now.
Get ready.

As much as I like tornadoes I hope that these super cells end up like incels and don't spawn anything around highly populated areas.

As much as a storm chaser loves light shows and photogenic tornadoes. They often admit the most heartbreaking part of this is going through to damage the tornado leaves behind because these moments give them that harsh reality of all of this. The last thing they ever wished to see is people devastated by the storm because yes, it's very heartbreaking.

The Hennessy tornado is a rain wrapped monster from the radar imaging.
This is a disaster coming in slow motion.

Confirmed tornado in Oklahoma. Seems to be very strong, possibly violent.

Since this seems to be the place for tornado autists. What is the number one thing people tend to need after a tornado has struck that doesn't get donated enough? I'm gonna be in the area and feel like being charitable. Socks? Water?

Also them building that skyscraper in OKC is fucking insane now that I think about the weather there. Jet fuel can't melt steel beams but a twister sure can lift them.

That's pretty apocalyptic.
For me, apocalyptic tornado damage starts at no standing stick frame or masonry walls and trees with no intact limbs smaller than 8-12"
Also I just saw a map with CAPE of 4000J/Kg in southwest Oklahoma. If you're around Altus, get below ground and pepper your angus.
Altus area has had very high CAPE all day. Until an hour ago no storms had formed west of Lawton to eat into that CAPE. If they remain discrete supercells, that high risk bubble from the this morning will be 100% warranted.

SPC's Significant Tornado Parameter is maxed out over the entirety of central and south central Oklahoma.

Severe thunderstorms are starting in the Meat Zone. I'm staying the night at my parents' house, since they have a basement.
