Vic said he put his lips together with someone. Two-ton completely misses the point that Vic portrays the act as a consensual kiss, while the defendants portray it as nonconsensual and forced. Vic also said he propositioned the Yost twins. When they refused, he claimed he let them leave with no trouble, while they claim he molested them as they left. The events are irreconcilably different, and should have a jury to decide whose portrayal is the true one.

And, fuck, she's not even right about Kara Edwards. Kara Edwards gave her stories of being stalked/harassed by Vic over several occassions. "Kara" or "Edwards" are mentioned four times in Vic's depositions. He says this:

Mind you, not only is the defendant claiming it was non consensual but they dont even have an affidavit or a claim from the "coworker" claiming its nonconsensual. It was brought up by Monica for the investigation of funimation in which she forgot her own very own traumatic "attempted rape story". The investigation which has not even confirmed if they even talked with that "coworker". (I think Funi states that Denbow only spoke with monica and called the twins).

Tammy Denbow interviewed two "potential witnesses" (whatever that means), Monica herself, the Yost twins, and finally Vic.

She makes a note of another Funimation employee that had complained about Vic, but that person was never interviewed.

I mean, nothing is set in stone. That's why there's an appeals process which is still currently on going. Just because an idiot judge who can't even answer his election questions properly ruled doesn't mean it's the be all end all. Believe it or not, judges are human and can make tarded rulings. That's why there's an appalette court, just for those occasions. So they should really stop fellating themselves over their hollow, paper thin "victory" which isn't a victory so much that it's just a favorable ruling for them. Even if the appalette court rules against Vic, there's still the supreme court. They act like we're just sitting on our asses and accepting Chupp's shit ruling and refuse to acknowledge that there's a system in place to combat tard rulings from tard judges. Only after all that is it over and boy it won't be over for a long time.

Two-ton makes an excellent point, actually. Stan's answer might not seem very convincing. For example, did he not remember Monica at all, or did he remember Monica, just not her distress?

That seems like a question to ask a jury. None of them seem aware that the very act of doubting Vic or his witnesses is exactly what Vic needs to get past TCPA
