gonna do a small bit of math tism here.
we can see chair railing in the back. according to https://www.houselogic.com/remodel/remodeling-tips-advice/chair-rail-height/ that's often 28-32 inches from the floor. I'll hit middle and put that at 30 for this.
that table is a little lower than the rail so I'd put it at 24", perfectly normal for a side table but it's right at belt height for him.
average male torso is 18-20" (https://www.whitemountain.com.au/backpack-fitting/backpack-fitting-measure-torso-length.html) so I'll say 19 for this.
add 10-12 for the head and he's about 60 inches tall, just under five feet.

He is not getting any call ups from the NBA any time soon.

The thought of a Basketball American being a manlet is funny.
