I didn't see a denial. So far as I can tell they simply ignored it. It would be moot in any event and was a complete waste of Lemonhead's time and MoRon's money.

This is the doctored version, which is very entertaining. Somewhere there is a clean copy of it.

No shit we're not nice people. We laugh at degenerates, call people faggot and nigger, and collect peoples dox for shits and giggles. We aren't here to befriend and hugbox thin-skinned morons. If you want the farms to be nice to you, stop being a retarded faggot.

I'm sure you could poke around and find the person that shared that originally to get the original, but it's funnier to keep this version alive and running so people have to either pay for a clean one or mock Lemonfag with this one. Win/win

I have all the court documents listed in the Index. It should be in the "Part 2" post.

People often confuse what the fuck "nice" and "kind" mean, especially in the context of the internet. Nice has a connotation that you're doing something good or acting a good way to get a reward (as in, you're consciously doing it to get something.) Basically, what a typical SJW does.

Normal ass people that do good things because they're decent people (as in, "kind.") I hold the door for people, make sure my kids are happy, help my wife with her medical stuff, and make sure I can support coworkers at work. Not because I want something, but because I'm decent human being who just does it without thinking about it.

I make fun of stupid assholes on here because it's entertaining and they give me a lot of shit to laugh at. I don't give a fuck if they don't think I'm nice - I don't need their validation. Especially when this dude is this dumb:

You can tell he didn't watch any shows because Nick beat the dead horse of "this is not gauranteed, and I think it will have to be appealed" until it was a fine puddle of elmer's glue.

I mean, I stop taking lawshit on twitter seriously. Look at this woman's "commentary" from the BadLegalTakes twitter page:

Now, I don't like Trump as a President and couldn't bring myself to vote for him, but I, at the very least, don't criticize him for shit he didn't do. The guy has pardoned about as many people as the first and second president of the US. As in, 17 people. Meanwhile, Clinton pardoned 459 people, FDR pardoned 3,687 people, and Andrew Johnson, a democrat, pardoned SEVEN THOUSAND PEOPLE in 1871. Trump isn't even remotely abusing the power to pardon. If anything, he's neglecting it.

That got a bit off topic, but you get what I'm saying.

People don’t go to Shane’s pinned tweet or profile cause he has them all blocked with a bot.

Who the fuck cares what her ethnicity and sexual orientation is, she's allowed to have her own fucking opinion about shit and news flash: not all LGBT people think exactly the same or share the exact same opinion about everything. It's almost like they (le gasp!) have a mind of their own and are allowed to formulate their own conclusions to things!

They also filed to appeal the fees and sanctions. This was done before asking for a retrial.

Lemoine did file an appeal
Well... technically... Rusty J. O'Kane filed it. Lemoine was listed as counsel, but it was signed by Rusty.

I assume that's what the law twit is using as justification for claiming that Lemoine hasn't appealed. Either that or he actually thinks the defendants haven't appealed because he's dumb and ignorant. It's a toss up, really.

Technically a "Motion for New Trial or to Modify Final Judgment." It's not an appeal filed with an appeals court, although since it won't be granted, it's solely for the purpose of setting up an appeal. It is an appeal in the sense of being a request for a change of a court decision, though.

It doesn't really matter. Lemoine is butthurt and angry about a decision the court made and trying to get it changed, claiming it was wrong. Everyone knows what appeal means in that sense, and it's going to be appealed at the appeals court, too.

He did clearly file a motion of notice to appeal, before even asking for a retrial. That surely does count as much as an appeal, as Vic's council Filing Notice to Appeal?

WP is just throwing everything at the courts now.

First asking for findings of fact
Then Filing Notice of Appeal
Then Reminder of Findings of Fact
Lastly asking for a Retrial on the fees, and sanctions

But they did appeal.

DEFENDANTS’ CROSS NOTICE OF APPEAL, posted in the lawsuit thread:
MoRon's filing from Friday that I haven't seen anyone posted yet.
The /sneed/ is O'Kane; Lemoine got demoted to just another of the counsel listed for the defendants.

But they did appeal.

So they're not even gnat fucking a technicality, they're just flat out wrong. Not sure how I missed that one.

BT's hot takes were always part of the thread.
