Let's not forget that Chupp made 100% sure that Vic could file an appeal.
 
Did BT ever explain why he believes Monica and Jamie? Or is he another one of those who thinks anonymous allegations mean something?

There were also a couple of motions that J Sean Lemonnuts filed, which Chupp denied, if I remember correctly.

Lemoine filed a motion with the appeals court to get Vic’s appeal dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The appeals court denied the motion.

The defendants filed a motion for fact finding on the fees decision, and subsequently filed a reminder for said facts. Chupp has not responded yet.

They’ve also filed a motion for a partial new trial for reconsideration of fees. Hopefully Chupp will ignore it because it’s funny as hell.

We are the first to say that we aren't nice yet BT finally seem to realize that right now.
As for being racist, homophobic and transphobic I'll make some explanation :
We are not a hugbox, we are not thin-skinned like the soy guzzling betas you are.
KF is racist : First things first, you are the first ones to be racists towards each others.

I'll explain myself since I feel sympathetic today (prepare your MATI, guys) :

What is racism ? Lexico says that Racism is a prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.
And what are you doing each and every day ? Glorify PoC/Queers and put them on pedestal just because they have a different skin color and aren't straight. What is it called ? Discrimination. The Cambridge Dictionnary says that Discrimination is Treating a person or particular group of people differently, especially in a worse way from the way in which you treat other people, because of their skin color, sex, sexuality, etc...

Notice that especially doesn't mean that it is everytime the case.

Yup, you discriminate these people that just want to be considered like everyone else, that's what we do on KF but since we don't do something you like, you like to use these words against us while not understanding what you do every day on Twitter : You are the racist ones.
And since Discrimination is the base of these words such as Racism, Homophobia and Transphobia. Then you're the ones that discriminates everyone and everything.
Personally (prepare your scooters) as a woman I see no problem with punching a PoC, a gay/lesbian person or a trans in the face if they ever go ahead and harm me BUT if I do that I know that I will probably be punched in the face back and I am fine with it since I would have done so.

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be your case since you like to punch people however don't expect to be hit back in the face.
You want the fight to be a one-sided thing yet whine if the others go for you, that makes you a weakling and a coward.

They also filed to appeal the fees and sanctions. This was done before asking for a retrial.

Lemoine did file an appeal

I didn't see a denial. So far as I can tell they simply ignored it. It would be moot in any event and was a complete waste of Lemonhead's time and MoRon's money.
