Which ones would recommend?
Depends on your familiarity with mods, and what exactly you want. If you like base SoC you'll like these.
Do note that almost all of them follow a SOC structure where you start in a section with a definite story, despite being pretty freeplay and having lot's to do.
If you want a more survival SOC game, try Autumn Aurora 2.1, old mod but still very good, although it doesn't change much aside from completely overhauling visuals and gameplay.
Generally, the SOC modding scene has the most detailed and full mods since they are the oldest around and they like to deal in total overhauls, if you want something vanilla you can get
OGSR, I recommend
OGSR Legacy without the Gunslinger crap, or Rearmed if you want more weapons, OGSR is a mod that grabs the main game, changes the storyline and adds
sidequests and mechanics and maps on top of it, it's a pretty good way to get into this side of Stalker modding without jumping into some weird obscure ass rape mod.
From here on, just like OGSR, all of these mods make changes to the storyline and adds maps.
If all you want to do is shoot and look at weapons, try
New Arsenal 7, janky and insane but the only thing it cares about is having guns, and being good gunplay, and it delivers both.
Prospector's Project is a really good "hardcore" mod that massively overhauls the gameplay and makes stalkers behave insanely intelligently.
Fate of the Zone is a cagger's dream, it's a freeplay mod built ontop of SOC and OGSE, and completely redesigns the zone to be the hardcore and realistic in the authors autistic vision, it's notable features are slow progression and dynamic pouch placement on your character which affects gameplay (i.e. better armour has more attachement points, plus you gotta buy pouches).
AlternativA 1.4 is a interesting mod that replaces the entire questline and creates a new world for the zone, it's a very schizoid type of mod, not in a memey way, but you can tell the author has a vision, at the start of the game you have several available questlines you can pick that are all tied to factions, so i.e. you may join the military or the loners or bandits which all have different stories.
True Path follows the story of a military squad leader regrouping with the failed remains of operation Monolith to find out how the Monolith kept downing their airships, it adds a bunch of stuff and is basically a new game.
There's a ton more but these are personal recommendations.
