Also, he'll never really sue you. No attorney worth his salt will take this case on contingency, and he has no money to pay for one up front.
My pleasure, and not to side track or powerlevel too much but I happen to love this industry and investing. It's how I ended up into it. I really truly, want to see people enrich themselves and grow, I just happen to be decent with numbers and all, I'd make an awful shrink or some other way to see people's lives improve lol. But why I mention this is two fold one Roy is into it for greed, and second the people who do best, love this. Roy has no passions, when the investing angle doesn't get him ass pats, jobs, etc he begs for his Musk welfare or talks about his Rap Career. The greed is another thing, listen to Dave Ramsey (who Roy has spoken highly of) or Buffet etc, they all say a key to wealth is giving back. Dave for example, says it doesn't make sense unless you have faith but he Tithes, always has even at his lowest points. Roys never talked about anything other than greed and his cut.
I'm not saying live like a monk and give it all away or to a church or even be money you give. Roy is about Roy. He's only posted things to gloat on others suffering and try to line his pockets.
Roy looks at Gordon Gecko, Ponzi, Maddoff as idols because FUCK YOU PAY ME. That's what Roys into, brokers now we are kinda being out done by AIs but that's another story, a huge part of investing is trust and bonding. I want the avg family in the world to save, and be able to retire, I do all I can to see my clients kids can afford braces, a good college etc. People see this in you and you get more clients, more clients = more money. Sure I get my fees and do better, so it's a win win when I can tell a family, not only can you pay for retirement, treat yourselves to a nice trip to Bermuda!
This industry is fucked up, banking is fucked up, our gov is fucked up. There's a lot of Roys in the industry too, but end of the day. All I and any other (most) decent CFA investor broker etc want is for you to have more and take a little bit for themselves. Roy wants to be a black eye for something that is always in cross hairs due to outside bull shit and frankly scares good people away from our services that, I might add on a greedy point, costs me cause someone who's a possible client, stuffs money under the mattress vs buying some stocks. So really, what I'm saying only in humor is Roy is costing me money.
Roys never addressed me and knows how to reach me here, my PM button and wall are the same as anyone elses, he's been on this site and knows about his thread so he's chosen not to engage. It's really because his lack of control even in a polite convo or interview, but isn't it funny, I've mostly given enough proof what I do and all, so why isn't Roy jumping at the bit? I could get him doors open. I'm not even some big wig, it's just the reality is this as any industry (esp as of time of writing) good employees are needed.
