This is consistent with prior first-hand accounts of his behavior such as those of Gary Groth. Mark Waid's status as a gigantic, blubbering manbaby who responds to any adversity with wailing and tears is well established by those who have had to deal with this fucking infant.

Probably not, she's a moron. But her tweet was one of many things that put Waid in Texas at an event which he had neglected to mention to anybody. Everybody took her Tweet as a given, she wasn't deposed or anything. It was just a means of forcing questions about Waid's filing.

He had done a little more than neglect to mention it. He had kind of sworn under oath that nothing of the sort had happened.

Can someone explain what this "Object to form" stuff is exactly? Pierce is objecting to what seems to be really innocuous questions.

You're allowed to object to deposition questions for virtually nothing other than attorney/client privilege, so whenever someone objects to something it's almost always to form and that doesn't always make sense. Usually they work it out since there isn't a judge there to make a ruling on it anyway.

If you have an opportunity to object, a lot of lawyers are going to be afraid not to make a valid objection more than objecting nonsensically to nothing.

Note that while this response to Waid's motion is solely on the jurisdictional issues, the material quoted makes it obvious that Meyer already has multiple depositions that contain evidence that, if believed, and they are right from Waid's own admissions against his own interest as well as from Antarctic, essentially prove Meyer's case in chief.

I had to cut the stream a while back and won't be able to catch up until tomorrow. Looking forward to it, though. Other than procedural nonsense, what argument does Waid have left?

Just wanted to point out that she absolutely knows. CG immediately jumped on her stupid moronic tweet and rubbed it in her fat face. She didn't even need to post it because people already had the Housten panel question archived. DnC even did a video on it at the time it was originally posted (~a few weeks after the TI). Waid was always going to be fucked on the no business in Texas response it's just funny that she helped bury Waid in her attempt to attack CG.
