Wew lad did you ask a big question. This sub is basically built on the Maddox/Dick/Asterios/LanDUI saga.I know Maddox had a podcast before he went full lolcow, but that's all I really know. What was the court case about and what happened?

So I've got to agree with Rackets here, the normal practice would be to indicate in some way that Zaid's pro hawk vice motion was forthcoming.
Zaid is acting like a total mong and I see some hilarious sanctions motions on the horizon if this is how Zaid conducts him self during litigation. I think the bets that Zaid thinks he's hot shit and is going to get bench slapped by the judge for acting like hes better than everyone else because he isn't from rural Texas are where the smart money is.

To be fair, Nick did label his reading as speculative, repeatedly and clearly.Rackets kind of prematurely read too much into it, but there's nothing on the face of the motion that indicates a PHV is incoming or that Zaid is even in the picture anywhere. It solely mentions FRCP 12 and indicates a responsive pleading pursuant to that rule is incoming.
The PHV was filed. I do wonder if Nicky Rackets expedited that process.

Pro hac vice means Zaid can help represent Waid in a Texas court despite not being admitted to the bar there.Out of curiosity what is a PHV? And why is it good for us?

Nick Rekieta speculated that, because Zaid was no longer listed as being part of the case, he had dropped out.Out of curiosity what is a PHV? And why is it good for us?
You'd think a self proclaimed superlawyer would know not to talk about active cases on twitterZaid sperged out hard about this on twitter and said he was still on the team, he just needed to file the PHV. He called Rekieta a shitty lawyer for making (what appears to be) a really easy mistake to make.
That's exactly the type of idiot who does. You'd think a self proclaimed superlawyer would know not to talk about active cases on twitter
The key term is "self proclaimed".You'd think a self proclaimed superlawyer would know not to talk about active cases on twitter
