Please tell me this is going full Maddox.
I know Maddox had a podcast before he went full lolcow, but that's all I really know. What was the court case about and what happened?

Wew lad did you ask a big question. This sub is basically built on the Maddox/Dick/Asterios/LanDUI saga.

This is the short funny version:

This is the much longer, far funnier version:
https://kiwifarms.net/threads/maddox-george-ouzounian-george-schnoz.24527 (I forget what page the lawsuit saga started on, I know for sure it's before page 100 though)

Also read these in order, if you just want the legal stuff with minimal shitposting:

Even just reading the first post of these would give you a good overview

Gems can be found in Maddox's thread too, but that's much longer to go through, notice about the lolsuit starts on page 34

So I've got to agree with Rackets here, the normal practice would be to indicate in some way that Zaid's pro hawk vice motion was forthcoming.

Zaid is acting like a total mong and I see some hilarious sanctions motions on the horizon if this is how Zaid conducts him self during litigation. I think the bets that Zaid thinks he's hot shit and is going to get bench slapped by the judge for acting like hes better than everyone else because he isn't from rural Texas are where the smart money is.

Just three more weeks plus whatever bits of social media spergery until the response is filed. Going to restart the countdown I had for when the trial began

Austin has some SJW infection, but I can all but guarantee the judge is completely based. The SocJus BS and Twitter tantrums W/Zaid take for granted in Jew York City and San Fransexco will not be tolerated in the great state of Texas. This is playing right into Byrne's hands, at least in my opinion. He's the local attorney known to the judge, being the gentleman in this situation and killing Zaid with kindness so when the inevitable sperg-out erupts the pit Zaid dug for themselves looks all the deeper with Byrne up upon his mountain of civility.

Meyer is playing this properly, too. He isn't talking about the case at all in social media, to press, or anyone. Total silence. That kind of military discipline and experience is going to pay off in terms of public respect, potential legal success, and general Operational Security. Contrast with W/Zaid who can't shut their mouths for 10 minutes, completely unable to suppress their urge to virtue signal - and I bet they will show their hand or fuck up with the judge in the process.

The case is on solid legal footing (thanks to Waid documenting and transmitting his confessions), its being held in Meyer/Byrne's home court, and W/Zaid are SJW morons. Three strikes, you're out.

Rackets kind of prematurely read too much into it, but there's nothing on the face of the motion that indicates a PHV is incoming or that Zaid is even in the picture anywhere. It solely mentions FRCP 12 and indicates a responsive pleading pursuant to that rule is incoming.

The PHV was filed. I do wonder if Nicky Rackets expedited that process.

To be fair, Nick did label his reading as speculative, repeatedly and clearly.

Out of curiosity what is a PHV? And why is it good for us?
Nick Rekieta speculated that, because Zaid was no longer listed as being part of the case, he had dropped out.

Zaid sperged out hard about this on twitter and said he was still on the team, he just needed to file the PHV. He called Rekieta a shitty lawyer for making (what appears to be) a really easy mistake to make.

Edit: I don't think it's particularly good or bad for us. Just means that Zaid's gonna stick around and hopefully sperg out some more.

If Zaid keeps acting like a Landau-level idiot, that is going to be very, very good for the Farms.

You'd think a self proclaimed superlawyer would know not to talk about active cases on twitter

So here's the deal on the "super lawyer" thing. It's a marketing thing where you meet some requirements and pay them like 300 bucks a year and they give you a plaque and put you on a list they imply is far more exclusive than it actually is. It's basically the "BBB accredited" of the legal world.

It sounds chinsey because it it, but a lot of clients get a kick out if it and think it rely a big deal so people do it.

None of which means anything to me other than that "superlawyer" is comorbid with "wanker". Which we already knew, right?
