What more talented team? These games are made with DEI money and the activist devs network a lot. You're not going to get any real games or fund any real studios with this machine.

Which is why I think Relooteds and Dustborns are the best case scenario in the current year. They're original IPs, so no harm done, and their performance is laughably pathetic. They never make a splash and everyone can see that people don't fucking want this no matter how astroturfed they are, even the ones championing for these games never play them. There's just way less bullshit and fuckery involved when we can see this propaganda shit on its own, as it is, without an IP host to suck dry and rape.

Also I think rhe Relooted devs aren't even censoring the Steam discussions, they're kind or arguing with the people but at least they're engaging instead of removing everything like Reddit tranny jannies. In a way I kind of respect that.

Honestly, a lot of it is just really boring and tedious. The gameplay's a joke, most of the mechanics involve finding a table, pushing it onto a pressure plate and maybe using it as a parkour speed boost (???), sometimes mixed in with using your teammates and their one specific ability. Between every single mission, you have to do a forced tutorial level (every single mission). Most of the characters aren't that stand out or even annoying, they're just...there. I mean, the worst one is the fatass child genius hacker, but that mostly comes from her awful design. The most obnoxious part of the game is probably all the whitewashing they do about black slavery and trying to claim other culture's inventions as akshually being stuff black people came up with.
