No, seriously. What is it about Redditors that means they have the uncanny ability to make even what should be a funny story utterly nauseating to read?
It's what happens whenever you get a membership site with a basic karma system. More likes makes you feel good, it's just Reddit is also so big that to certain members it's the be all and end all of internet culture, if you have more karma you're a big deal.
It's not but people need to stop taking it so seriously. You can go from a subreddit on cats and then see someones arsehole in two clicks.
According to the agreement, two Grade 11 students at Ho’s school found his Reddit account through an internet search, where one of the first results was a clothed picture of the teacher at the school that included a link to his Reddit.
“The students viewed Ho’s Reddit profile page which displayed posts and comments Ho had made on various sub-communities of the platform over time. These included nude photographs of Ho, photographs of Ho engaged in sexual acts, and posts of a sexual nature,” the commissioner wrote.
The agreement notes that the profile also contained clothed photos of Ho “in connection with school activities,” including one taken at the school. It says news of Ho’s account quickly spread through the school community.
This is even more retarded now given you can press one button to hide your post history on Reddit. Obviously linking your nudie photos and likely gay sex acts to a reddit account at all is dumb, doing it on the same account you've got linked to your day job is dumber, but not even taking a half second to disable your post history is profoundly retarded.
In order to have your posts visible or even post on many subreddits, you kinda have to play the game and post the right content at the right time.
Over the years i’ve seen rightful frustration over the fact that this convoluted system is effectively blocking discussion from normie users from participating. Basically you have to have no life to game the system and avoid wrongthink.
I don't want a man who takes nude pictures of himself in the same room as a bunch of kids. This is me being a biased hetero because it's less threatening when a woman has nudes somewhere since she's 100x less likely to rape one of the students after class.
