Josh really ruined the Creepshow 2 video. I tolerate him most of the time but this video is so needlessly nitpicky. Really, nigga? We're going to bitch about the animation? Did your goober ass get upset that the animation didn't look exactly like G.I. Joe or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?

At least Jay somewhat likes the movie. Which is a fair take. The Raft segment is the best and the other two are okay although The Hitchhiker is slightly better.

PS: the aborted segment with the zombie bowling is fucking retarded and of course Josh loved that idea.

I'm surprised how little time they spent on the incredibly rapey raft scene, and even more surprised that they misremembered the story as being equally rapey, which it ... isn't. (LaVerne says no, but she's giving Randy a handjob at the time, so let's just say actions speak louder than words.) I watched Creepshow 2 after their last Re:View, and while The Raft might be the best sequence, that sex scene is so uncomfortable it almost ruins it.
 
I don't mind Jack as much as some do - I liked those gaming streams he did with Rich, he seems to mix well with the others. If they wanted to put Tim Higgins in more stuff I wouldn't complain.

Eh I tend to prefer Colin over almost anyone else. That comic book guy with the beard is pretty cool, but hardly ever on. Canada Jim, though, can die in the same fire that claims Josh and Jack.
 
Anyone want to wager what they'll do with Halloween Ends?

I'm going to guess the following:

1: they hate it -as you would.

2: they assume a contrarian opinion like the 4th Matrix movie and the Obi Wan show and enjoy the movie as a "fuck you audience" guilty pleasure.

3: they completely ignore it and give it The Batman treatment.

The big thing about Josh that stood out to me in the video is how every time Jay made a point he'd just change his stance to act like he was on board with whatever Jay was saying. The main crew like Jay, Mike, and Rich seem to just say what they think and not care, the secondary cast always seems to be trying to please some kind of audience, whether it's the main crew or some demographic.

I do find their love of the 80s B movie more nostalgia-based than actual quality TBH. Which severely affects their own films because they're not as good as those movies either. I find The Blob boring, but I'd rather watch it than Elves or any Neil Breen film. Seriously, Neil Breen movies are about making memes out his movies, but they're not good movies or have glimmers of being good movies in them.

The wording is intentionally misleading. "Good one to go into" as in it's good or so baffling?
