This attempt at invoking 13/50 in reverse just felt profoundly ignorant and desperate, since it ignored that most of those crimes are male-dominated to start with to make it look worse. Compare most those charges to the census-designated percentage of non-Latin white Americans, and it is roughly 1:1, and then consider that those numbers may be inflated by counting Latin and Islamic individuals as white in booking to potentially make them even less honest. I'd also argue that selection bias may be in play, because charges like incest and statutory are more likely to be enforced against white men then Muhammad raping his teenage niece.
Well looking it up its more those "FBI statistics" are sourced from the rectum. For one most of those categories simply aren't on the classic UCR as a defined category (Kidnapping, CP, Statutory Rape, 1934 NFA offences, Incest. The new database has some of these however). If she got them from a FBI source she definitely isn't citing them. Mass shootings aren't also aren't on the UCR but I can tell that the statistic is from somewhere; the Mother Jone's data table on mass shootings... that happens to exclude the overwhelming majority of mass shootings that just so happen to be very frequently committed by the copiously melanated.
Of those statistics that can be found on the classic UCR the statistics provided are genuinely absurd in that they don't match anything at all. Like just for example in 2019
http://web.archive.org/web/20240203...s/2019/crime-in-the-u.s.-2019/tables/table-43 The White categories before separation from Hispanics for Rape and Prostitution are 69.8% and 50.9% respectively and after separation they are 41.9% and 31.6%. These do not vary dramatically from year to year and every report in the last decade or so is largely similar. So in the case of rape the White category before accounting for Hispanics is higher then her supposed statistic, but the category of prostitution offenses is just lower even before accounting for Hispanics. So even those statistics that can be cross referenced are just fucking wrong and do not align with any known data from the FBI.

Going through the irksome task of using the latest data on the new FBI UCR website (It sucks, the old tables worked significantly better) to see if any of her claims match present data I am finding exactly what I was expecting. To start off the most recent breakdown for Whites before separation from Hispanics for Rape is 53.83% and after separation is 39.2%.
Going through some of the new crime categories on the UCR I do find a match for one claim in regards to incest with the White rate before separation from Hispanics being 74.77% and 63.8% after separation. Though I would entirely stand by your assessment that this crime being rarely reported to the police is what likely accounts for deviation compared to general trends. Considering the total reported cases on the 5 year trend option is just 6865 (Compare to the hundreds of thousands for most other sex crimes.) it is probably the most under reported. And well there is also the fact multiple studies indicate such abuse is immensely prevalent in "colored" communities.

Other new categories she makes claims about that are roughly in line with her claims when using the new UCR before the crucial separation is Kidnapping which has the White category as being 55.99% before separation from Hispanics after which it is 38.71%.
The funniest one I found however is the claim she made about violations of the 1934 NFA act; the majority of offenses where committed by Hispanics specifically with them making up 43.08% of all offenders with a reported race in that category. Of course before their separation the White rate looks huge but with this one little piece of information the script is completely flipped.
But all in all I could do this all night but I will let it rest at this point now that I have made ample demonstration the claims she makes are false.
