Kinda split between Serbs and Croats. I've never really met one I didn't get along with pretty well. I've liked most Russians and Belorussians I've met too.

There was a huge Celtic population in the Balkans back in the classical era. They ended up invading Greece and migrating all the way to central Anatolia.
