That's all these people want. Constant suffering from those who have very little connection to others who committed horrendous atrocities. That's like saying because you learned a relative of yours was a slave owner in 1850, you have to suffer for their mistakes in 2018. If you CHOOSE to help those because of what you learned of your family's past and you decide to become a better person, go right ahead. Plenty of people try to learn from their parents or family's mistakes and to do better.

However, no one deserves constant suffering unless their a shitty person. It doesn't help anything other than some false sense of revenge. It isn't helpful and it diverts attention from actual issues that people who are the descendants of ACTUAL marginalized groups face today.

tl;dr These people are hateful and want others to suffer for no reason other than some petty wish fulfillment.

Wow fictional characters getting hurt in art is the same like real children getting rape in child porn in 2018. What a wonderful world we live in where child porn lost it's meaning.

Man... that's... a terrible line of logic. Not even coming down on either side on this one, just from that comic, I don't follow it. Even assuming that it's illegal wherever these colored characters are, the leap from panel 2 to 3 is amazing. We went straight from the victimless crime to actual child molestation. Don't they know that it's illegal to stab someone in the chest, and real people who get stabbed in the chest get super hurt? Why are they watching anime/fantasy movies/marvel films/other chest stabby things?!

what is the point of these ridiculous posts

It blows my mind to this day that nobody caught on.

Like, holy shit, dude, really?

It's as true as it gets. Your average person in the 70s probably wouldn't have recognized the Village People as portraying gay stereotypes - but, suffice it to say, the band knew the truth.

This is why, in an era where it was much worse to be gay than it is now, they became so popular. The Navy actually used "In the Navy" for an ad campaign.
