They seriously don’t understand religion do they. I mean they make hard Calvinists look cheerful in their beliefs, and their beliefs can be summed up as “everybody is going to Hell except a few chosen who were picked by God and nothing you do will change this”. I mean given that I’m apparently born a racist, transphobic, ablilist, homophobe and can never not be guilty of this, what reason do I have to change? I mean they don’t even offer “believe in us and after you die you’ll be forgiven!”

The reason why I say notes don't mean shit is because the opposition of the original poster still counts all the likes and reblogs on the original post, unlike Twitter who shows the positive/negative feedback on one post only (as opposed to tallying them all up like tumblr does). I don't know if that makes sense, but the site's left-leaning, so any popular "politically incorrect" post would likely be filled with reblogs shit talking the OP. It's just the same amount of people spitting out the same shit, so nothing is very new or original on the site.

I also have a couple posts with lots of notes but nobody cares enough to follow me
