I Seem to forgot to infer something from the teaser. Casetti is 6th gen while Meursault is 3rd gen. People are theorizing this is manager dons kindred to help expand la mancha and quench the thirst.

The discussion I see states that IDs like Firefist Greg were successful in their siege of La Manchaland and killed the Bloodfiend Trio, causing CassettiSault to shoot up from Sixth Kindred to Third.I Seem to forgot to infer something from the teaser. PotentialFirefist Greg were successful
Only when he acquired the entirety of whatever trauma the city has that he can be the strongest bug man ever.Potentialbugman can only reach his strongest when he experiences trauma.
He'll get the 2nd ID of the event guys... haha... I just know he will! They said it could be 2 IDs in the Murder Express Bokgak after all... they're obviously gonna make Heathcliff have the second ID! It's not like he has a Charge ID from the previous Murder Express and already has a Bleed ID that has to be used alongside another...
While Multicrack Heathcliff is still viable, charge is already saturated with support IDs and E.G.O. What charge really needs is a bulky/tank ID that can sponge damage away from the high damage low def IDs. W Meursault was the only real option for that, but it looks like this new Heathcliff will at least be bulky.Having a Warp Heath is pretty pointless when he already had a solid support Charge ID the last time.
We are getting to the point where most characters already have an ID for an archetype, Sinclair has 3 burn IDs, Ryoshu has 3 bleed IDs, etc. Having a repeat isn't really pointless if it can fill another roll on the same team structure or you can use it in another team composition. Since Warp Heath seems like a tank/DPS ID rather than a support one I won't complain about it, I feel like charge teams are very slow when compared to others and need damage sponges or more DPS. Most charge IDs are outdated Warp or R-corp from the first few seasons, making them struggle when compared to newer ones.Having a Warp Heath is pretty pointless when he already had a solid support Charge ID the last time.
Finally, the heathcliff stans can finally shut the fuck up and not threatening to ISIS-style execute a sinner over not getting an ID.
Limbus isn't really made for party optimization, sadly. For every status the question is mainly which ID can build it faster and more reliably, and the only things that might matter more are clashing and having an evade. We are getting to the point where most characters already have an ID for an archetype, Sinclair has 3 burn IDs, Ryoshu has 3 bleed IDs, etc. Having a repeat isn't really pointless if it can fill another roll on the same team structure or you can use it in another team composition. huh never seen this character
Charge as a status is just pretty meh. It's treated so differently that I forget it's even a status archetype meant to be on the same tier as the others. Doesn't help that the only good Charge teams are made up by random E.G.O gear Walpurgis IDs (QOH Don, KOD Rodya, REaP Ryoshu) over IDs that actually HAVE visible Charge effects like W Corp. and aren't just a vague "Unique Charge"
Charge just feels like a "for fun" Status team, not really a top pick outside of Mirror Dungeon where QOH Don starts vaporising bosses. It's atleast the least thematically consistent Status archetype out of all of them
I think PM tried their best to salvage and compensate Charge IDs with all the Charge EGO they put out, but even then...
Unique charge and its consequencesCharge is underrated, it has the most fusion gift EGO that gives a shit ton of attack and power up, its meant to be shoehorned with other status effects (rupture, sinking, bleed) to be usable, which seems to be the real problem of this effect, its meant to be the sacrificial lamb in extreme to buff the back up units that come later
"BLOODFIENDS could be here" he thought. "I've never been in this district before. There could be BLOODFIENDS anywhere." The cool wind felt good against his bare chest. "I HATE BLOODFIENDS" he thought. Sarajinae reverberated his entire being, making it pulsate even as the blood circulated through his powerful thick veins and washes away his (merited) fear of Bloodfiends after dark. "With District 12 fuel, you can burn anything you want" he said to himself, out loud.I saw someone post that Casetti Meur is fighting Firefist Greg in his Uptie 1 ID art. I totally see it now that I paused the trailer.
