How's that going to work though? PPP lives in Canada, and Ralph lives in America. Wouldn't they need a law firm that can handle law in at least one jurisdiction (province/state) in each of the countries?

not really, especially if what people say about him being a trust fund/nobility is true. 5000 is the cash you keep around for drugs and hookers. You have credit cards/debit cards for any legal purchases anyway.
That's true. I would guess an American attorney would make the most sense since the contract would be getting executed in the US and an attorney anywhere would still be bound to return the money to PPP or Godwinson regardless of where they were. But you're right, an escrow website would work fine. The point is, this isn't rocket science and it shouldn't be that hard to find someone to do it.
If Nick doesn't write that into the contract than PPP can tell them to fuck off. Not even giving the chance is stupid. Nick would probably do this for free too, anyone else they get is going to charge.
