My concern with flying Ralph overseas is that he'll end up weighing the plane down with his gunt and crashing it with no survivors. Sort of like the Aaliyah incident, only ten times more catastrophic.

The same goes for flying PPP overseas, too, just to be fair.

yea, smart money is on PPP. I'm just curious who Null wants, he's more chummy with Ralph. I know the farms as a whole leans PPP if only slightly.

AOL and other huge 90s ISPs was centered there, so most web 1.0 autists have some connection to there. the creator of 4chan and reddit and also Bailey Jay are from the great VA too. The anime convention up in Baltimore in the early 2000s was essentially a meet-up of all of the internet back then.

TL;DR in the 90s/early 2000s the only place with internet fast enough to upload and download autistic sonichu esque creations was VA
