First the orders list. As this is the first time this happend, I will point out that X's on the map and underlines on the orders card mean that, for whatever reason, the order failed. If you would like to know why any specific action did not succeed, please ask me in this thread.

This leaves us with the current state of the world at the close of 1901.

Now is time for the build phase. During the Build Phase, you may increase your units up to the number of SCs you own, or, if you have more SCs than units, must disband units till you reach your limit. New Units must be build in one of your nation's starting SCs, and the SC may not be occupied at the time.

With that in mind, here are the unit allowances going clockwise:

England: Build Up to 2 Units
Germany: Build Up to 1 Unit
Russia: Build Up to 1 Unit
Turkey: Build Up to 1 Unit
Austria: Build Up to 2 Units
Italy: Build Up to 1 Unit
France: Build Up to 2 Units
