He looks like his mom hastily dressed him before he was rushed to the set of Paul Blart 5: the Reckoning to serve as a stunt double.
 
Please notice how Phil is alone in this protest. Notice how he hasn’t taken any pics of himself with other people, even other people that in antifa. It’s almost as if other people don’t want to be around him.

Phil has proven in the past that his level of actual knowledge about what's being protested is below minimal. There's a video of some hippie stepping in for Phil because when asked a question about what he's protesting his brain just sharts.

This is the equivelant of 'we need bodies, put stupid in charge of guarding the sign.'

The technical term for Phil's level of usage is Jail Fodder.

I'm sure antifa was like "oh fuck it's this sped again" and in trying to keep him away from them, were like "oh yeah, go 'guard' this thing" and being stupid as hell that's what he did.

... while wearing a disguise so no one can see your face. This is how we know Phil isn't the badass criminal he pretends to be, he'd have been arrested immediately. As it is, the only crime I can think of that he actually did commit was illegal dumping of raw sewage, but that's only when he shits himself in public.
