Are we sure that's actually Phil? I mean yeah he would be the only one autistic enough to pose for some weird SJW photo op like that, but why would he bother covering the face? And besides, he's dressed a little too normal for Phil. Is he trying to take credit for another Antifa wannabe? I wouldn't put it past hin honestly...
Probably the same good samaritan who took him to the gun range and/or helped him fake his post-op pics. Phil may be an idiot but he's still surprisingly good at latching onto people in various liberal circles. I wouldn't put it past him to have found some new buddy to mooch off of, especially in Portland. Even if they know him and actively avoid him (and they do!) he only needs to find one sucker.
True, though to be fair I'm pretty certain Phil doesn't go out of his apartment dressed like an autistic bondge clown, or at least not very often, perhaps only when he wants to do another "photoshoot." For all his weirdness, Phil is actually pretty vanilla and self-conscious about his image (or maybe just afraid of getting his ass kicked). The cross dressing and Antifa t-shirts and Hot Topic bondage gear seems to mostly be for our benefit, or to try and fit in with other troons.
Both Chris and Phil seemed to share the delusion that trooning out would make all of their problems go away. Actually a lot of troons seem to have that problem. But still, Phil is exceptional even by their low standards. Sometimes I wonder if it's the autism and its accompanying difficulty in relating to people; after all, if Phil says he's a beautiful latina then surely he must be, right?
Yep, I've been saying the same thing for a while now, but Phil is trying to live a lifestyle that he should have outgrown long ago. People were a lot more willing to tolerate a young gay kid with a rough life and a good sob story, but their charity will only go so far for a fat old weirdo with obvious mental issues. Given that the kinds of SJWs he wants to follow will literally eat their own, I'm still amazed that he hasn't been called out for being a white fascist appropriating Latinx culture, but he's probably not prominent enough for any of them to notice. Or care about.
No, as funny as that would be, I don't think its actually supposed to be a pig face, I think it's supposed to be a pink devil face (pink because he's "trans," duh!) but because he's so fat it just winds up looking like a pig face.

Who took the pic?
It's probably the most normal outfit I've seen on him in a while. One colour, nothing ridiculously ill-fitting, no chains and/or leather, and no autistic badges. He still looks goofy as shit, but without the balaclava and gloves I probably wouldn't even look twice at him if he walked past me on the street.
It strikes me that there's NEVER another soul in sight when he takes his retarded selfies outside, either day or night. I have no idea if there is another person taking this pic or he simply set it on a tripod or garbage can with a delay timer like people used to do back in the day for family pics.
But I am thinking he must only go out when there's not another soul around because the average person walking by would either double-take at this fat mall-ninja out on the street, or bust out laughing in which case Phil would have to do something about it. Which would mean walking away muttering about CIS scum and then posting something heroic sounding on social media while begging for 'financial solidarity'.

I honestly wouldn't say he never tards about Portland in walrus bondage gear. The photoshoot he took (don't know how long ago it was, but for reference it had a body of water and probably a bridge behind his fatass) he was wearing the bondage gear, some hideous skirt, and his favorite arms trans woman shirt. This was also the same getup he wore to the tattoo parlor prior to the GRS lie.

That's fair, although I'd say those seem to be rare and fairly specific occasions where he's basically just cosplaying to impress some other deviant or Antifa troons. I suppose my point was more that he doesn't waddle about dressed like that in his normal day-to-day life.

I'm not sure, actually. Some Portland Kiwi snapped Phil on public transport and he looked like a 1980s windowcleaner with more tatts and buttons (the combat boots and trousers tucked into them, jacket covered in logo buttons, twenty different chains hanging off his belt etc, a beanie cap and fingerless gloves).
The last time Phil went for a tattoo he filmed himself going into Ritual Arts dressed in the same getup he is in the photo upthread, only he was wearing a military tin hat and took that off when he got in the shop. It was all something about defending the streets antifa shit that Phil actually took seriously, rather than the facebook chatter that it really was.
He had no issue going out in public doing his wicca/brujeria/xochi thing with white face paint, drawn-on eyebrows and an upside down cross on his forehead, either. I think he loves dressing up like a tard and enjoys any attention he gets from it (especially if people look at him funny or openly avoid him - transphobia!). Sadly for him he lives in a city where it's difficult to stand out because so many people are attempting to be peacocks.

I don't think he even has any normal clothes. All of his clothes are autism. And he has retarded tattoos all over his exposed skin, so he's going to look like a complete tard pretty much at all times.

Every time I see a picture of Phil, I am reminded of just how bad Phil has fucked himself over in the name of spite and politics.
Even Chris is more likable and respectable and even manages to look slightly less idiotic than Phil does, mainly because Chris does not try to be an utter edgelord to spite strangers on the internet at all times.
The tattoos, piercings, and edgelord mall goth clothes he's always wearing is more proof that identity politics has literally ruined Phil's life.
I sort of miss the days when Phil was just a clueless liberal weeb obsessed with Naruto and yaoi, before he got into the commie and troon bullshit. He was still an asshole and an idiot, but he was a lot happier and less outwardly disgusting and pathetic.

You have to remember though, when he was going through his Naruto phase, his mommy was taking care of him. Meaning she probably fed him, wiped his ditry ass, then probably picked out matching cloths and told him to wear them so he wouldn't make a ass of himself. What happened when he left mommy??? Hes skated by on that for most his life but that isnt working for him anymore. Hes worn out his welcome in most of the lefty communities and that because they mostly know who he is. Funny thing is if he left Portland he could try his shtick somewhere else. Ironically when he got his apartment he went back to the city that was the least likely to tolerate him.
