Either Phil had a stroke in the middle of the night, woke up, thought it was normal his face be numb, then continued tarded around town with Robin, or, a better choice would be that he really does have fetal alcohol syndrome, or Megan socked him in the eye so hard that it ended up detaching his eye muscles from his actual eye.

People from NJ/NY (or anywhere to be honest). It makes the pizza easier to hold and eat, especially if you're eating a new york slice. But Phil on the other hand probably is folding his pizza like that because he's emulating the people around him to fit in, either that, or Phil has bad hand/eye coordination and Robin told him to hold the pizza like that so he would quit dropping the pizza on himself/the floor (as disgusting as Phil is, I wouldn't be surprised at all if he dropped his food on the filthy floor, picked it up, and started to eat it again. When I say floor, I mean every type of floor, including the filthy, shit/piss stained porta potty floors.
