Looks like he is either going for an Islamic look or to cover up the fact that he hasn't "lost any kilograms" really
 
I love his irrelevant anarchist cosplay. Is this going to be his new thing- a different fancy dress costume every day? Tomorrow he should dress up as a woman.
 
I'm not entirely sure how he's paying for it. So, if it's a fake it's pretty elaborate even for Phil.

It is not impossible that Phil’s telling the truth- he has surprised us before. But he lies so much, and there are so many details of this that don’t add up, that it is reasonable to assume that this is another lie.

If you can look these people’s details up, then so can Phil.

Wait. This letter says that surgery check-in is one to two business days before the surgery, yet Phil claims his appointment to go to the hospital is on a Friday. Saturday isn't a business day. So either he's staying in hospital for nothing all weekend and they're operating on Monday (which would make it three days before his op), he has the date wrong, or he's lying.

Which would be a shame, cos Phil going through with this would be hilarious.

What's really funny is that no one has attempted to call dr.dugi and find out if this is actually happening. The person will probably get a "who are you talking about??? We've never scheduled a appointment with a Isabel Arojo". Worse case scenario, actually best case scenario, Phil gets his snatch and a foot of rectum remove from his hemmeroided unwashed asshole, goes home, completely forgets to clean/dialate, or let's slingblade fuck his new hole, only to end up with it tearing, or a infection/sepsis, in which case, Phil will claim that it's normal for a snatch to bleed profusely everyday, he's getting his first period. A week later, slingblade confirms Phil is dead because he forgot to go to the hospital. Slingblade will finally be able to break all the microwaves he wants to.

Its illegal to give out medical details of a patient.
 
He should keep the tranarchist bandanna and goggles of fail for future selfies. They're a lot more tolerable to look at with 100% of his potato face covered.
