I think it's one of those complexes that offers subsidized housing for tards. The state offers subsidies and rent is automatically deducted from the tenant's tard bucks so the owners don't really have any motivation for fixing it up or making it look nice since the money is guaranteed.

Because tell me this, if you faced a bellowing fat flabby pig like Phil in reality, what would you do? I'd just see that pig ring and yank on it and pull it out of his flesh while he screamed and blubbered. So would anyone.

He doesn't act irl like he does online, because if he did, he wouldn't have a septum any more. Someone would just grab that pig ring and jerk it. Hard.
