I've got a picture on my computer of his electrolysis 'schedule', which he made at the library, where he's going for 2-4 hour sessions THREE times a week, supposedly.

I'll post it next time I'm on it.

I wouldn't say it's impossible that hes not, his tard care would cover it but just keep in mind Phil takes pictures of hormones that he doesn't take, took a picture of a refusal letter for surgery which he though would count as proof he got his nuts removed and put together a referral letter for further surgeries from old referral letters via photoshop.
At the end if the day I can take a picture next to a Ferrari, doesn't mean I own one, even if Phil gets it done it doesn't really improve his life in any meaningful way like he expected his bike to do.

Keep in my this is just my opinion
But I don't think that if he got it done it would change anything.
Sure he may say it did, he will likely brag a bit and talk about chasing down the dream but he thinks it's going to fix and his problems and wont result in instant acceptance as a woman.
A vagiplasty will be bike 2.0, short term happy but ultimately he won't know what to do with it and it will gather dust.

I don't think it had anything to do with communism. It may either have been because he was being "street" and true and honest homeless don't carry toilet rolls on them, or it may have been because he was afraid of touching his butthole.

It may also have been a lie, since it was Tweaker and Dusty who claimed that Phil didn't wipe his ass.

He claimed it was because he doesn't like the feeling of paper against his ass and it reminded him of his abuse.
Later he changed his excuse because markle and her hippie buddies pushed natural means (water and airdrying) rather than wasting natural resources.
Personally I'm putting it down to Phil being lazy and having poor bowel control and using "I don't wipe" to cover "I shat myself".

It's likely very true.
Phil admitted to it as part of his crust punk and the story existed long before weepingwithpity/dusty and tweaker turned up.
Keep in mind Phil had long term diarrhea due to his diet and refused to use shelter toilet cause of "muh rape" and you can see how this started.

I'd have a lot more difficulty believing this disgusting tub of shit actually does wipe his ass than believing that he doesn't.

I'm finding myself really needing Phil to get a new tattoo. Preferably a bicycle with each wheel around each eye to form a sort of pair of glasses. That would be so cool.
 
Who even decided Phil could get bottom surgery? Phil is so greasy and unhygenic that they will probably not take proper care after bottom surgery. Phil would be the type to put unwashed dilators up the neovagina and get infections. Sorry to put a graphic visual in anybody's head.
