Because he needs more tardbux on his youcaring so he can get half a dozen different bike pumps. Maybe that's why he can't ride it, it lacks even more pointless accessories that he'll never use

Jesus Christ his socks are disgusting, but then again, simple menial tasks such as bathing and doing your laundry like a big boy are too hard and time consuming for our spud. Shit, Phil should just start carrying a durian fruit with him everywhere he goes, because chances are, Phil smells way way way worse than a durian.
 
Back when my country was still a communist shithole bicycle tires used to be such a valuable commodity that people rarely rode at all in their everyday lives, and let out the air and hung their bikes up to keep the pressure off of the wheels.

All these talks about bikes and tires really hightlighted for me the absurdity of Phil's life, that's all.

Let's hope it's not suspicious circumstances. I doubt the Portland police have the capacity to deal with everyone who has a reason for wanting Phil dead.
