That's 3 reported on arrests. You know why you don't hear about gross perverts similar to Phil getting arrested for sneaking into the ladies room?

Pretty much, he never so much entered the Mission when he was tarding about in SF because he was afraid of bumping into people too dark for his liking, so he sticks to places that he knows and mostly orders really common and toned down "Mexican" foods like tacos but he'll also ignore them happily if a Pizza or Burger is on the menu.

This has probably been asked many times, but just why does Phil avoid nonwhite people? Doesn't like them? Scared they'll mock his posing? Fearful they'll attack him for looking like a degenerate? Or some other strange Philish reason?

All of the above, he is genuinely afraid of people of colour mostly because he's never had any experience with them outside of settings he views as predictable, but there is a very racist streak he has that's only really kept in check by his cowardice, for example he's threatened people cleaning toilets with the words "La Imigra" when they chased a very mannish looking guy out of the woman's toilets and he took some serious joy in doing so, he's also likely to play fast and loose with rather colourful insults when he thinks he can get away with it.

Like most things his stated attitude is nothing more than a front to make him look and feel special.

Yep pretty much, Phils not all that adventurous with flavours he's not been surrounded with since birth.

Also I'd like to point out that despite the German name Burgers are pretty much Italian too, the oldest recipe we have for them is in Apiciuses cookbook, although there it's pretty much certain it's older than that, but for ironic purposes it's Italian.

In regards to the toilet incident, he also claimed they committed transmysoginy against him as well.

I have said as much at great length in the past but the tl;dr of it is Phil doesn't know that filters expire and expired filters particularly on the older Russian an eastern bloc designs can be really dangerous. He also buy's them for looks only 95% of the ones he owns are the ones with the big wide impressive looking (to edge lords) grills that are designed to protect against particulate matter and not fumes, he doesn't know that either.

I hope he enjoys his mesothelioma, the fat stupid motherfucker. He'll probably die of something else before it matures, though.
