He does, those accessories are tattoos. Anyone with that many tattoos is screaming I hate myself and what I look like.

I imagine Phil has an obsessive routine with this bike every day that goes something like this:

  1. Uses an $80 combination digital tire pressure gauge/emergency pepper spray device to check the tires for proper inflation.
  2. Repacks the panniers with various maps of mexico and south america in a slightly different order than they were yesterday.
  3. Debates and decides what weapons to pack in the panniers that day.
  4. Sprays WD-40 on the chain like a moron and gets it on the carpet.
  5. Wipes the frame down with a dirty T-shirt.
  6. Talks to it about how he's going to put more stickers on it.
  7. Puts his helmet on and looks at himself in the mirror wearing it.
  8. Pushes the bike to a different part of the living room.
  9. Takes pictures of it and himself.
  10. Loses interest and wanders off until tomorrow.

I thought Phil was dumb, but daaaamn, he really thinks the guns only hold one round?
