Phil must look so fucking nuts to everyone he accounters. Look at that picture, he is holding his arms so high and akward for talking s selfie in public. He seems to just wander around talking to his phone and talking selfies in public...all while looking that.

You mean in the sense of being involved in a riot?
1) that mask won't protect from tear gas or pepper spray since it's mounted on fabric. What is that even?
2) no goggles to protect from gases either.
Or do you mean just in general? Because then the answer is its phil and he's fat.

Hmmm...
1) headphones are generally a dumb idea
2) clothes are to tight to be properly mobile in
3) can't see them in the picture but usually bringing excessive weapons are dumb
4)easily identifiable clothes are a no-no, especially one promoting or encouraging violence.

Generally anything that is extra bulk is dumb (easier to get pull down) but it could contain water, back up clothes, helmets etc...Yes your very close
