I have seen this shared a couple of times today, the Facebook timeline is open and the OP seems cool with it.. so I left the name unredacted.

This raises all sorts of questions, not least why has this been public on Facebook for 48 hours and there is absolutely no comment anywhere else?

I think it's more that Title IX is the fuckup and not the legal system in general. What you get with Title IX is an adhoc mockup of a legal system run by dumbass college administrators. "Due process? Sounds to me like a right wing coup to establish the rapeocracy!"

Even though the actual legal system is pretty incompetent, they still don't really go forward with cases as serious as rape without actual evidence.

Well if we really want to get technical the kangaroo court (due process is literally raep) stuff came not from Title IX initially but from the massive unconstitutional expansion of it during the Obama administration.

I think you're probably right, just from personal experience. They didn't take rape very seriously on my campus and now they take it overly seriously and just fuck up people's lives in the opposite direction instead.

Raping a child and then leveraging your influence and power to continue raping them well into adulthood is pretty common. It's not like child rapists go for kids because they only like kids. Some people like power, the only people dumber and more vulnerable than kids are people who've already let you get away with raping them in the past.

yeah, I can see that. I was thinking that if you like the one, you probably don't want the other, but I hear what you're saying.
 
Someone claiming to be the accuser's friend has asked me to remove the thread and I've declined. Apparently she is receiving death threats as a direct result of falsely accusing Mr. Jillette of rape. It's always the threads you don't expect that cause the most problems.
 
I for one welcome the coming Orwellian police state with cameras in your coffee cups, you've got to keep yourself documented 24/7 or else you're a rapist....
 
As with the alleged molestation, she should just be glad this thread didn't escalate to anal.
